Please be aware we have updated our CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Any appointment that is a no call no show will be charged 75% of the service total. We have seen a drastic increase in these situations and it has impacted our staff. These fees are in place to protect the schedules of our hardworking staff and to value those guests who are patiently waiting for appointments on our cancellation list.
